You can use rice milk shake, blending rice flour with water or juice to reduce the hunger pangs of detoxifying treatment involving a few foods introduced.
Artichokes and foods containing INULIN: This substance is a powerful stimulant for the kidneys and immune system by stimulating the complement pathway or by increasing the body's ability to evacuate the endotoxins, this substance has a high concentration even nellechinacea, sunflower seeds, in enula bell and burdock. For this reason we recommend a daily portion of artichokes.
